Clinic & Cancellation Policies

**Cancellation policies**

Private Appointments: We request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests at Clear Creek Wellness. Changes can be easily made online through our scheduling system or by contacting us during regular clinic hours at 720.668.9836 or via email at hello@clearcreekwellco.com. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we ask that you please reach out to us to ensure confirmation from your practitioner, as you will not be able to change your appointment online. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our patients, we ask you to provide a card on file. We may require deposits for specific treatments to uphold our cancellation policy. If you fail to provide advance notice and do not attend your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered canceled and the full fee will be charged to the card on file. We understand that delays can happen, so please contact us by phone if you anticipate being late. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Class Appointments: To maintain the quality of our classes, we limit our class size. If you’re new to the studio, we request a credit card on file to reserve your spot and to simplify the checkout process after class. We charge a $7 no-show fee, if you do not attend after scheduling. If you’d prefer not to add a credit card, our classes are drop-in friendly, however, our class sizes are still limited.

We value your time and the effort our team puts into preparing for your appointments to ensure exceptional care. Our cancellation policy is in place to respect and honor that commitment while guaranteeing the income of our practitioners. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.😊

Just a quick heads up – there’s a $15 convenience booking fee for same-day PRIVATE appointments.

**Reasons why a patient/client might be dismissed or denied treatment:

  • Inappropriate Conduct: Patients/Clients who behave inappropriately, which could include disruptive or aggressive behavior towards staff or other patients, may be denied treatment.

  • Non-or-Late Payment of Fees: If a patient/client fails to pay for the services they've received or consistently pays their bills late, the clinic may deny further treatment until outstanding fees are settled. This includes no-show fees.

  • Declining to Sign or Fill Out Paperwork: Patients/Clients who refuse to sign or fill out these essential forms may be denied treatment because it can hinder the healthcare provider's ability to deliver safe and effective care.

  • Safety Concerns: If there are concerns about the safety of the patient or others within the clinic, treatment may be denied. This could include situations where a patient's condition poses a risk to themselves or where their behavior could harm others in the facility.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-call no-shows.

**Non-Refundable payment policy**

All services, herbs/supplements, and packages are non-refundable.  No refunds will be provided for the full or partial price for any unused services, packages, herbs, supplements, or gift certificates purchased.

**Financial Policy**

Your payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit cards, or HSA/FSA cards.  For checks returned as unpaid by your bank, you will be charged a $25 fee.  **Insurance Policy:**  Clear Creek Wellness Co does not currently participate in any insurance network.  (We are considered an “Out-of-Network” provider for some services).   If you have out-of-network acupuncture or massage benefits, we can provide you with a superbill for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company.  We can also provide you with a receipt to submit to HSA/FSA accounts, as many of these programs will reimburse for *some* treatments.  We accept HSA/FSA as payment for treatments.

**Records Policy**

Clear Creek Wellness Co is a paper-free practice.  If you need copies of your health records or receipts, they will be provided to you via your patient portal after signing a records release.  Paper records will not be supplied.  The maximum fee set for Colorado record release may be applied if records are requested from a 3rd party.
