Kelli O'Neill

Ayurvedic Health Coach

Hello! My name is Kelli O’Neill and I moved to Denver from Louisiana in 2022.  I’ve been studying health and nutrition since 2013. I studied Integrative Health Coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition while also taking a specialty course from Spirit Woman Sisterhood on Women’s Cycle Health.  Following this, I learned Feminine Form Ayurveda at the Shakti School.  Currently, I take individual clients and host workshops in and around the Denver area.  I am also the host of the Embodying Her Podcast which addresses women’s health, spirituality, and life stories.  The driving force behind the podcast is to build community, highlight women’s social issues, and let others know they are not alone.  It is my belief that all of us, particularly women, are stronger together.  I do my best to live this belief every day by sharing my knowledge and helping women live a more nourished and embodied life.
