Yin & Pin Yoga Workshop

Yin + Pin represents the seamless fusion of yin yoga and acupuncture, both targeting the body's energetic pathways. This workshop is dedicated to enhancing energy circulation within these channels while simultaneously creating spaciousness within your body.

Throughout this enlightening two-hour session, you will be guided through a deliberate yin yoga routine. By maintaining poses for extended durations (2-8 minutes), you will allow time and gravity to deepen your stretches, elongate your fascia, and gently release your ligaments. 

The workshop culminates with an extended savasana, where acupuncture points will be added to complement the yoga experience. This harmonious integration encourages the continuous flow of energy throughout your body and induces profound relaxation.
